How long does it take for a product to be shipped?
On average, shipping a product takes 1-5 working days, with small orders this will often be shorter and with huge orders this can take longer than 5 days. If there is an emergency, you can always contact us.
What if a product arrives damaged?
Send us a message as soon as possible to solve this together. Based on the information (order number + photos) you provide, we can find a suitable solution such as resending the product or refunding the money. This is always done in consultation.
Do the products look exactly like the picture?
The engraving on the glasses may differ slightly from the photo, because it is engraved by hand. A photo of the exact set is taken of the dice and dice boxes, after which they are put online, so they look exactly like the photo.
